Los incoterms son t\u00e9rminos de tres letras que se utilizan en los contratos de compraventa internacional y sirven para detallar las obligaciones de cada una de las partes implicadas en el proceso respecto a la entrega de la mercanc\u00eda y su log\u00edstica. El t\u00e9rmino se refiere a la abreviatura de International Commercial Terms o, en espa\u00f1ol, t\u00e9rminos internacionales de comercio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 13pt;\">Existen dos tipos de Incoterms, los que solo se utilizan con transporte mar\u00edtimo, y los que se pueden utilizar con cualquier tipo de transporte.
